Started in 1997, The Runner’s Edge Training Program has evolved into a highly effective and positive way to train. Whether you are a beginner or veteran, you will benefit from the experience of Coach Eladio Valdez, the mutual support and camaraderie of fellow runners and walkers, the convenience of marked, scenic courses along with aid stations, and the unique structure of our high reward/low risk training schedules to help you achieve your dreams. Simply put, get or stay in great shape and have fun doing it while making some lifelong friends!

Enjoy a complimentary group workout with us
We hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary group workout with us and see if The Runner's Edge is right for you. All abilities are welcome with pace groups that range from 7 to 13 minutes a mile along with walkers, led by pacers just like the SmartPacers you get to enjoy at the local races, mileage options of 1 to 22 miles, and schedules for 5K’s to ultramarathons.
