Early Spring Evening Strength & Mobility Class (January 11 to February 22): Through the innovative use of small & large bands along with stairs, this cutting edge workout incorporates a good mix of strength, mobility, and balance training to reduce the risk of injury and improve your running by targeting the typical areas of weakness in runners. Burn lots of calories, get healthy & fit while building a solid foundation for the spring! All abilities are welcome. 7 group workouts on Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm from January 11 to February 22 at 68’s Inside Sports (11301 W. 88th, OP, KS 66214). For more details, view the flyer.

Spring Program (January 28 to June 17): Our main spring program with organized Saturday group long runs at a variety of health related businesses, weekly informative emails, high reward/low risk training schedules, training handbook, lots of 15% or more race discounts, a 20% Garry Gribble’s discount (25% went we meet at a store for a group run), Runner’s Edge shirt, and much more. All abilities are welcome. We’ll have 19 group workouts on Saturday mornings at 7:15am from January 28 to June 17. For more details, view the flyer.

Spring Speed Sessions (February 14 – May 23): A variety of innovative group speed workouts designed to safely increase your speed, stamina and strength on hills to improve 5K to marathon times. All abilities are welcome. We’ll have 15 group workouts on Tuesday evenings at 6:15pm at a variety of locations from February 14 to May 23. For more details, view the flyer.
