Spring Speed Sessions (February 11 – May 27): A variety of innovative group speed workouts designed to increase your speed, stamina and strength on hills to primarily improve half marathon or marathon times, but also 5K/10K times. All abilities are welcome. We’ll have 15 group workouts on Tuesday evenings at 6:15pm from February 11 to May 27. For more details, view the flyer.

Summer Strength & Speed Class (June 3 – July 1): A cutting edge mixed workout of strength exercises combined with speed intervals to improve speed and reduce the risk of injury by targeting the typical areas of weakness in runners. Burn lots of calories, get fit, improve mental toughness while building a solid foundation for your spring training! All abilities are welcome. 5 group workouts on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at Shawnee Mission Northwest track. For more details, view the flyer.

Summer Running Specific Strength Class (June 9 – July 28): A cutting edge workout that incorporates a good mix of cardio, strength, and balance training to improve speed and reduce the risk of injury by targeting the typical areas of weakness in runners. Burn lots of calories, get fit, improve mental toughness while building a solid foundation for your spring training! All abilities are welcome. 8 group workouts on Monday mornings at 5:30-6:30am from June 9 to July 28 at the Shawnee Mission East and Northwest tracks. For more details, view the flyer.
