Winter Program (November 8 to January 10): Our main winter program with organized Saturday group long runs at a variety of health related businesses, weekly informative emails, training schedules, training handbook, race discount, a 20% Garry Gribble’s discount, Runner’s Edge shirt, and more. All abilities are welcome. We’ll have 10 group workouts on Saturday mornings at 7:30am from November 8 to January 10. For more details, view the flyer.

Winter Morning Strength & Mobility Class (November 10 to December 29): A cutting edge workout that incorporates a good mix of strength, mobility, and balance training to reduce the risk of injury and improve your running by targeting the typical areas of weakness in runners. Burn lots of calories, get healthy & fit while building a solid foundation for the spring! All abilities are welcome. 8 group workouts on Monday mornings at 5:30-6:30am from November 10 to December 29 at the 68’s Inside Sports Indoor Training Facility (9111 Flint, OP, KS 66214). Spring Speed Sessions (February 10 – May 26): A variety of innovative group speed workouts designed to increase your speed, stamina and strength on hills to improve 5K to marathon times.
